Gimme a break

The recent tempest in a teapot over the cadaver exhibit at the Gulf Coast Exploreum was much ado about nothing. Not only was the veracity of the furor easily vetted, but the Exploreum has easily managed to turn the grumbling into another show with fine gate receipts. They’ve also transformed it into a unique experience for area artists.

    I have no desire to see this exhibit, but it could be worse. Think about that girl at Harvard that did the art supposedly using her own aborted fetuses.

    Art, a reflection of life ( and death) is not always pleasant.
    It seems only God can draw the boundaries and he has chosen not
    to at this time.
