School Board sneakiness

There may be a new superintendent and a relatively new school board president, but it looks like it’s business as usual at the former Barton Academy. Fleet Belle and Hazel Fournier got busted earlier this month having a secret meeting with a school board employee.

I have my doubts things will ever change with this gang in charge. I hope Dr. Nichols will have the cajones to at least try to keep them honest. His dazzling salary may make that hard to do, though.

My name is Jennifer McDonald. I’m 30 years old and I’m from Theodore, Alabama, and I steal attend hi-skool. Your article is a disgrace to me, my famly, and every ejamacated person who baleeves in everything the skool bored stands for! Since you have NO idea what the skool bored stands for, let me give you a histry lesson.

The skool bored stands for the ejamacation that we students receeve and the harmlessly corrupt local publik offishals’ values that have run thru our vanes for centuries. If your going to come along and write an article like that about our skool bored, I just have one thing to say to you. Get out of our skool district!!! No one appreciates that article. I don’t know what you were trine to do when you pulled that “stunt.”

We ejamacated folk aren’t any less smart then you are. The skool bored is NOT a sign of harmful corruption, and that is what you are trine to say. You don’t no anything about ejamacated people, so don’t write about anything ejamacated! I don’t see anybody writing articles about the corruption in the Girl Scouts.

If you don’t know who they are, let me explane it to you. The Girl Scouts are the cookie-selling version of the Mafia. Also, you wrote an article on one sekret skool bored meeting on the side of the rode. Why didn’t you address something more important? Like the millions of people walking around in crocs. We don’t wont to see there plastic shews!!!

Just because someone wants to support they’re skool heritage, an idiot like you who doesn’t even know what our skool bored stands for, has to write a bogus article about a bunch of crap!! Were you trine to impress you’re boss on how bad of a job you can make up something you no nothing about? If that was the case, than you did a terrific job!! Just to give you a little heads up, our skool bored works just fine. I’m glad you have a problem with it, because they probably don’t want you and your yella belly city slicker kids in they’re skools anyway!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t you even dare try to say our skool bored is trying to “meddle,” and then you have the nerve to put fancy words like ‘micromanaging’ behind that ignorant statement. To add to that, you have the boldness to say the skool bored is being sneaky (and not the good kind of sneaky that all properly corrupt local offishals have, it’s the kind of sneaky that ignorant city slickers that meet there secret luvers on the ferry have).

Have you ever heard the term “mindin yer busniss?” I mind my busniss. Actually, 99.9999999% of ejamacated people do, until someone criticizes there famly, church, or skool bored. Guess what Mr. Holbert, you criticized almost every publik skool bored in the United States. I hope your happy with turning every person who supports edumacation against you. By the way, that’s half the kuntry. So if you don’t like our skool bored, get in your car and go up north. I hope you don’t run out of gas, because no edumatcated person is going to help you because you criticized our skool bored!

Have a nice day Mr.Holbert. Yall write back “Ya-Here!!!!”

Well that reply really puts things in perspective. The school board has sucked for the past 25 years and all of them think they are untouchable. Mrs. Fournier for instance always gives the same wonderful :-) “gaduation” speech; that’s giving the children a wonderful example.

They should focus all their attention on the children, stop the CRT’s and other State exams, return to corporal punishment and maybe some of would not be so disruptive. Please note that corporal punishment is legal in schools in Alabama but not in our Mobile County Public System. Only because chose not to have it anymore. They are studing so hard for the CRT’s and teachers using up valuable time that could be spent teaching deeper into subjects instead of skimming over them so that the children will strickly pass the exam.

I know that times have changed and I think that most of the teachers I have come into contact through my children do an excellent job, but they sometimes have their hands tied on what should be taught instead of what MUST be taught to pass those test.
